Is it just me, or does PH kinda suck at getting BPs?
I've played afew games with him now and it seems like even with full chases and 4ks, his BP gain is kinda lacking compared to other killers. Has anyone else noticed this?

I don't have any problem with him. Land those range attacks, dig trenches at choke points and around hooked survivors. Also mini mori unless if I need the BBQ vision.
PH is definitely one of the harder killers to get deviousness on.
A lot of his deviousness points comes from putting survivors into cages, but that's not always possible or the best idea.
The range attack does give some deviousness, but it's also only good in very specific situations (i.e. survivor is vaulting or dropping a pallet). Otherwise you use the power to zone and go for M1s when the survivor isn't guaranteed to be hit due to the cooldown from using the power.
He does get minor points for making trails, but the amount of trails you'll have to place to max deviousness is just not going to happen before survivors escape.
Yes,it's pretty hard to max his deviousness category.
Yea, he really depends on caging to get a sizable amount of Deviousness, since the ranged attacks only give you 300 points per hit and Mori'ing only grants Sacrifice points.
By way of contrast, Pig's Ambush attack gives 500 Deviousness and Demogorgon's Shred gives 800 Deviousness points per hit.
