I Have Some Ideas

Idea #1

How to prevent survivors from de-ranking when someone on their team disconnects early on:

I mentioned 'early on', because I've been in plenty of matches where the last survivor DC's before getting mori'd. But for players who disconnect early on in the game, the other survivors should get at least something to prevent them from loosing a tick. Now, I'm not saying that they should automatically receive a tick, I'm saying the other survivors should at least level out (Not see a good ol' -1 by their rank, but a 0 instead).

Idea #2

How to prevent survivors from de-ranking when someone on their team trolls:

I've recently been in a match where two teammates purposefully got attacked by the killer and pointed at the locker I was hiding in. There could be something that prevents a player from pointing/calling whilst near a locker another player is in while the killer is around (like a certain radius perhaps.)

Idea #3

How to actually have a chance against the doctor

Get rid of the doctor.

Comments

  • The last one was a joke obviously, but I believe the doctor should be nerfed in some way. It astounds me that if they lose a survivor who is keen enough to be able to outrun and outsmart a killer, all the doctor has to do is just electrify the area. And people who aren't even a part of the fight, but are unfortunate enough to be close to it, are effected.

Hate to disagree, but i disagree. You're probably someone who plays doctor a lot, as you have a killer as your pfp, so of course you see no flaws. Think about this though: How many matches have survivors won against the times you've played doc compared to how many matches they've lost. The odds are already against survivors, obviously, but I'd like to see the ratio for doc. Play against a doctor that uses ruin, bbq&chili, and nurse's calling and then you can have a valid opinion

  • Finding people is the whole point of Doctor. Just loop him like most other killers but be wary of shock therapy.

    lmao doc is NOT fine

Well that's the whole point of my other comment. "It astounds me that if they lose a survivor who is keen enough to be able to outrun and outsmart a killer, all the doctor has to do is just electrify the area. So you can easily loop and lose a killer, but it's difficult to run away before he zaps everything just to find you again. Think about this: How many times have you escaped a killer by losing them behind a rock/ barrier of some sort near them? It's extremely easy to lose a killer if you turn corners quick enough, but it's difficult to run away.

  • There's like 4-5 Killers way stronger than Doc.

Doc is strong vs noobs and okay vs experienced players.

  • All these Doctor players really be coming after you lmao

I know and no one has anything to say about the actual ideas :( I guess that's expected from people who play doctor.

  • Interesting how the people who say that doctor is fine don't give any actual reasons as to why he's okay and not overpowered. Also it's hilarious that they're all obvious doctor players

I mean, OP has offered nothing in terms of why he should be deleted.

Your goal as a survivor isn't to break chase but to waste as much of the killer's time as possible by looping them so your team can work on gens. Being able to know survivors locations won't do much for Doc if you can keep him busy yourself. He's fairly easy to loop but you just need to watch out for his shock which can prevent you throwing pallets or vaulting. Just throw pallets a little early and you should be fine. The whole point of doc is to be able to ping survivor locations. He doesn't have any map pressure in the form of being able to zoom across the map like Billy or spirit or teleport like Freddy. So instead he gets to have an easy time finding survivors.

No one ever escapes me as killer unless it is swf or the pity escape. I mostly play Oni not Doc and I escape Doc all the time. Want to know why I can escape Doc? Because I play him and I know what he is strong at and what he is weak to.

  • Wow three new forum members all against doctor...

Yeah doctor his an easy killer to play, is counter is calm spirit and staying out of his terror radius.

    Split up and do gens.

WooowoooWOOO. You need to calm down with all that logic it's going to offend my totally not bias opinion on Doc.

Doctor isn't even the strongest killer in the game, Nurse and spirit are way way better than doctor in the chases and moving around the map. A high skill billy is way way better than doctor, A high skill Oni is probably on par with a high skilled doctor. Doctor is strong but so are other killers, His gimmick is tracking just like how billy's is high movement and insta downs, just how spirit and nurse can basically ignore all things about looping. Doctor doesn't have high mobility, while he does have very good tracking and decent chase potential hes for sure not the hardest killer to go against. Im sorry you can't play blendette and sit in a bush like with other killers get over it. Learn how to counter doctor, drop pallets early if hes good would landing shocks, theres more than enough pallets on most maps to waste the killers time for 5 gens also lockers counter his shock blast, so does clam spirit unless he had the add-on that reads auras when you tier up
