This has always been a mechanic, since her release. Insidious Nurse camping the Exit Gate was one of the game's earliest meme builds.

I played one game where the nurse was afk the whole game, and when we opened the gate, there she was. Made me jump. :)
The heck is up with your colors?
The gate becomes a passable object once the exit gates are done, it is no longer solid so you can teleport through
Sidenote* What is wrong with the colours

Its a PC colourblind mode its some graphic cards automatically do this if you turn colourblind mode on your pc
