Reward for devotion
Why would you Reward prestige? We have the bloody outfits, that‘s Fine. Please create instead of this rewards for the devition-level, special outfits would be nice. To reach a devotion-level the players invests a lot of time and skill so that‘s a very fair deal :-)
Reward-Example: OUTFITS
devotion 1: Dwight Shirt + trapper body
devotion 2: Dwight pants + trapper weapon
devotion 3: Dwight head + trapper head
devotion 4: Meg Shirt + Wraith body
... and so on...
Maybe outfits like legacy but other colour, so legacy stay exclusiv.
Advantages:
+ is a exclusiv skin which can‘t bought in the shop
+ a option for player who asks for legacy
+ easy design only for standardoutfit
+ people have to play a long time to get the reward pro character

Cosmetics aren't great Devotion rewards since at the higher levels hardly anyone will have them. It would be a lot better if they gave a bloodpoint bonus instead. Maybe an additional 5% per Devotion.
Or one other idea i saw is to increase the bp cap for every devotion. That also would be nice.
That would be nice for new chapter point saving but that's the only time it would really matter imo. If it did both our ideas then that would be brilliant.
I would not make it fix. Make it like you earn a devition coin each level and you can buy your "legacy" outfits for these. But being quite expensive, so we dont spam the realm with "exclusives" but keep it so that everyone has the chance to get one full outfit with some decent playtime, but not on every character. so that you have to decide which one you want. And people investing 1000+ hours get some nice reward for that
