Prove Thyself vs 15% Gen Coop Debuff
Do they cancel each other out or no? Is it just one 15% from prove thyself? Because it says “for each other survivor”
also stake out says 1% when I thought they said it was supposed to be 2%

If i remember correctly it's meant to cancel out the debuff, when two people are working on a gen. When it's more than that then the debuff is slightly stronger. Still, from my experience it seems like the progress bar still is red not grey as it used to be when two people are working on a gen. Not sure of the timing though.
1) Prove Thyself: It cancels out the penalty debuff for the equivalent of two people. If more than two people are on the same gen with PT, you still gain an advantage, but you still have the 3rd (and 4th) person's penalty. And, before you ask, no, Prove Thyself doesnt stack, only one active at a time on the same gen.
2) Before the last update, Great bonus was 2%, now its 1%. Stake Out gives an extra 1% on top of the base. So, Stake Out gives 2% on Greats.
1) Yes, Prove Thyself now cancels out the 15% effeciency debuff when working with another survivor. Despite the wording however, adding a third survivor will slow down the repair speed.
2) Stake Out now reads "Great Skill Checks grant an additional Progression bonus of 1 %." (Source) and therefore is correct, as the base Progression bonus is 1%, so it adds up into 2%.
So using prove thyself is only productive with 2 people doing gens? Every survivor after that you’re just taking on the burden of their additional 15% speed debuff? 😂
it’s not a 1 for 1 trade?
it literally says “for every other survivor gain 15%” lmao they should reword that then if it’s only a one time overall 15% rather than 15% each additional.
100% cancels out.
Prove Thyself is literally cancel the first multiple people debuff.
No, it doesn't.
I thought it would and when I saw I was still being penalised while working with another guy, raised a bug report, which you can see at the below link...
