I had a little idea for a survivor status effect: Incognito

A small change. When your aura would normally be revealed but isn't, for whatever reason, you get an Icognito status icon and a small BP reward, like 150. It remains active until either your aura is revealed or the aura reading has stopped and you've successfully blocked it. Depending on which occured, you hear some kind of SFX or a short musical note. Something scary when your aura was revealed and something to indicate relief when it wasn't. This let's you know if the killer could have potentially read your aura or not. Doesn't mean they were looking your way, though.

This doesn't occur if your aura is exposed and you have no way of countering it. So it doesn't give away if someone has BBQ or Nurse's, for instance. (Unless you are in a locker when your aura would be revealed of course)

This gives Distortion and Sole Survivor a slight buff, increases BP gain for survivors a little bit and helps out solo survivors some.
