If a killer gets a grab on a survivor other than the raw ground grab decisive strike should not work, locker grabs etc

    Locker grabs, yes! Other grabs, no. Atleast with other grabs you can hit them instead as an alternative.

    To be fair you still "technically" can hit them while they're going into the locker. Just the window is... really small.
