The Legion Buff is big
Previously, whenever you canceled Feral Frenzy, the Survivor you were chasing would effectively have 4 seconds of Dance With Me. It was very disorienting to have the fatigue animation looking at the ground and then have to resume a chase with no scratches. Survivors with Iron Will were especially slippery.
Legion's biggest weakness has always been securing downs because they're just an M1 Killer. I think this buff will help them in this area and give them a better chance of following up on Frenzy hits, which is a pretty big deal in helping them be more viable. It's not god tier or anything, but its a really nice change.

Agreed, losing scratch marks after frenzy was annoying and got me extremely confused at first.

It's a neat Q.o.L update that should've been with them originally, but it's just another bandaid for their bullet wound. ;/
It's just QoL, nothing big really imao.
This is a buff, not a quality of life update. Quality of life updates don't make killers stronger. Legion had zero tracking for 4 seconds and now he has the tracking that every other killer has. That's a direct buff
It still doesn't change the reasons why Legion is bad.
