Rework NOED idea (devs read please)

A Hex rooting its power on hope. You are animated by the power of your Hex Totem when the Survivors are on the verge of escaping.
Once the Exit Gates are powered, if there is a dull Totem remaining on the map, this Hex is applied to it. While this Hex is active, ―/―/ Successful attacks trigger Dying State automatically, cool-downs on successful and missed attacks are decreased by 4/8/8 % and your movement speed is increased by 3/4/4 %.
You can earn up to 4 Tokens, 1 token for each survivor until the exit gates are powered, when a survivor is rescued from a hook at least 36 metres away, No Ones Escapes Death receives a Token.
If a survivor destroy the hex totem another dull totem it become a new hex totem for a each token receive.
The Hex effects persist as long as the related Hex Totem is standing.

In my opinion my proposal is a good idea because it add more objectives for survivors and the killer will don't camp and give fot the killer a chance to counter-play.

    so i hook someone, go 36 meters away in order to activate my perk, they rescue that person and leave, since there is no way for me to catch them in time. great idea. might aswell completely remove it then.

    My idea is good, give some counter-play for the killers and the opportunity to win tokens, if the survivors destroy the Hex totem u can counter-play but at present if they find NOED you lose a perk, if u wanna patrol /camp the wounded on the hook u can do it but you don't won a token, is fair and balanced, NOED remains the same but with that new added advantage.

    36 meters is a appropriate distance, encourages playing alright, 0 camping and 0 tunneling.
    Never expect a great reward for standing in the hook.

    So... You just get BBQ leave the hook cause you saw someone and have (if survivors are stupid and not cleasning the totems (which rarely happens but still)) 5 NOED'S.... okay then

    I personally despise Noed and think that no other killer except Freddy should have it, but this is just a bad Devour Hope to be honest
