Why were there no changes to Deathslinger? I know PTB feedback doesn't normally matter but I thought with an extra week they would at least do something...

Yep, they hate killers so much that they buffed Plague and Doctor.
But you can keep telling yourself that.
Yet sabo changes went live plus hang mans trick was over nerfed along with a host of other nerfs not to mention deathslinger didn’t get any changes ya ok dude I can tell you are a survivor main
i'm a red rank on both and this game is clearly slanted for the survivor.

Actually I am not a survivor main, I play 50/50 survivor and killer. Not that it has anything to do with what I just said, because obviously you would rather not discuss the fact that they also buffed things for killer in an effort to keep promoting this silly narrative that they only care about survivors.

Even if you're opinion was fact, It doesn't take away from the fact that they made those buffs.
Your rank has nothing to do with how they are supposedly 'favoring' survivors.
If you really wanted to make an argument about this, please point out what was changed in this patch that favored survivors more than killers other than the sabo changes?
you think those buffs are as game changing as the new sabo meta? those killer buffs don't fundamentally change the game like the sabotage buff.

The doctor has a lot of changes. The Plague got more than a QoL change. Trapper got 2 QoL changes.
Yes. I do believe they are game changing for those killers. I main Plague and she was already strong as she was.
Sabo changes mean nothing unless you're specifically going against a team who wants to sabo. It is strong, but I wouldn't expect to encounter a sabo squad in every match.
Point is. To sit there and just pretend like killers did not get a buff and use this as "evidence" that they are survivor sided, is just silly. I can't even take those posts anymore.
i don't think there's a conspiracy or anything. I think the game is fundamentally designed in favor of the survivor (which makes sense because that the majority of the player base). IMHO the sabo update and the nerfs to the deathslinger/addons are very survivor sided, while the killer buffs make them better, i don't think it will make them more viable in red ranks.
It's not even out for an hour and people are already complaining. Will something ever be appreciated? Smh

My response was in response to the comment "they hate killers" made by the other forum poster. You only came into the picture because you think they don't favor red rank killers which is a very different thing.
Changes that happen in different patches aren't suppose to be 50/50, unless there is something I am unaware of. They also nerfed toolboxes which is also a game changer.
Again, you can have your opinion about the devs not favoring red ranks = the game is survivor sided. My response however was not on the topic of "What does it mean to show love for a red rank killer" but more for "They hate killers because..."
This is a forum, if they feel like something is wrong with DeathSlinger or any other addition to the game they are allowed to say something
i just use red ranks as the balance indicator for the game, its where the biggest divides happen, and where the inequity is the most clear. The updates in this patch i feel are going to change the game in favor of the survivor ( i'm unsure of the toolbox change long term as it was still very strong in the PTB, maybe stronger). a missed hooking due to sabo after a mediocre chase in most instances will really hurt the killer (in anything above yellow ranks) and they changed the game massively to make that easier to do. So i don't think its out of line for person to think the devs "hate the killers".

Sorry, but if the devs really 'hated' killers there would be no updates or buffs for them, period. Regardless of how you may feel overall about the game.
You want changes to be made? Then simply saying "The devs hate killers" is not going to cut it.
There is a handful of people (Not everyone) but definitely a group that try to sell this narrative on here, which is simply not true.
