Idea to Reduce the Grind, and Get the Perks You Want

Replace all instances of a perk in the blood web with "Perk Points".

Then, on the load-out screen, with every perk listed alphabetically, like a... perk library, players can then spend those perk points to upgrade the perks they actually want, rather than grinding blood web after blood web just for BBQ/WGLF to appear last.

The perk part of the load-out screen would not only show new players ALL the perks that exist, it would also function as a quick way to check if you've bought a certain perk from the shrine of secrets and/or unlocked a teachable from another character.

  • To clarify: all instances of a perk BESIDES the orange teachables.

Its a nice idea. But when you rely on BW randoness, you also are forced to learn how to play with other perks build.

So, in the end, i think its good how it is now.

This, to an extent, but also -- the Devs rely on you having to artificially extend your playtime due to RNG; hence why they will talk a big game about wanting to reduce the grind of the game -- but won't actually improve bloodpoint gains (2x events feel like the 'normal' pace) or reduce bloodweb prices.
