What other restrictions would it take to make the following anti-camping idea not abusable/OP?
"The first time a Survivor is hooked, that Survivor start to accumulate camping points if the Killer stays within X distance of a Hooked Survivor (unless another Survivor is within the same distance). If a Survivor accumulates Y points, they are able to self-unhook for free, and they can ignore one hit for Z seconds.
Survivors cannot gain camping points once they are unhooked or once the Exit Gates are powered."
What issues could such an idea have, and are there any ways to solve those issues?

I think a simpler idea can may be to remove the grab thing on a full health surv that make an hook save, and take it only for injured surv that save.
That would encourage super unsafe hook saves, I feel.
Maybe that is true. However there are always borrowed, decisive, bodyblock and some other tools. Also a surv that wanto to farm an hook/do an aggressive safe no matter what do it now yet.
It's a bad idea, and would make bad plays even safer than they already are.
