Couldn't see charge add-ons fix on the notes

Didn't know toolboxes addons weren't working.
All charges were bugged, don't know how or why it came about
Yeah I've noticed that after a while. Since most of the time I use toolboxes with ruin ot co-op, it was hard to detect. But med-kits were painful. Glad they fixed it.
