im so tired of the term gen rushing. its so dumb, thats what youre suppose to be doing. the role of survor is to fix gens. no you didn't gen rush if you finished them quickly. the killers job is to stop you . there is NO SUCH THING AS GEN RUSHING

Not necessarily. You could get zero gens done and still escape.
Toxic SWF genrush (ruin gone at first 30 seconds) and lock them self at 12m three gen - ez 4k.
And killers are tired of the term “tunneling and camping” meanwhile the killer is playing the game by doing their objective.
And we're tired of people trying to refute it. Gen's simply get done too quickly. You may not like the term, but it came about due to poor balancing on the dev's part.
Just because it's optimal doesn't mean we can't apply names to the strategy with the appropriate definition.
Gen rush and optimal play are not mutually exclusive. I expect you to gen rush and in a strategy discussion would encourage you to do so. The only context where I'd say gen rushing is bad is when discussing balance, at which point it would be to slow it down, not to prevent it entirely.
