Clown really needs something good by now
It's a problem if an uncommon add-on (Solvent Jug)is his best add-on besides redhead's pinky finger. He really has nothing going for him other than these two. Not counting the fast reload combo, which is good, but should not be a constant thing like previous said add-ons. No wonder he's the lowest.

Yeah, the reload hurts him most. I rather would like a CD of maybe two or three seconds on each bottle to prevent him from spamming.

I think that the biggest problem for Clown is that people now know how to face him, or people used him to rank up, then switched, now there's only newer people playing him.
So, now either everybody knows how to beat him, people can't play him, or any combination of the two.
Probably could use a little bit of love.
Needs some mobility similar to freddys teleport.
Like a clown car......or he should get on that horse...
Even though mobility's great, not every single killer should excel in it. And it's way out of the Clown's theme to go fast lol.
His bottles should just be buffed possibly, like adding an incentive to hit direct bottles that's not just increased vision blur.
