QoL change for Diversion
Diversion is one of my favourite perks, but it suffers quite a bit by the now big amount of killers with reduced terror radius, and it's "cool-up" is pretty long, so I was thinking that it would be nice if the perk started activated, giving a "free" pebble at the start of the match. It wouldn't change much, but it would help using it in the early game or against killers who make it hard to charge it up.

I think you should start with 1 at the beginning, and you naturally charge another 60 seconds after throwing the first. If you go against a killer like the wraith or Myers, you'd be lucky to 1 pebble going if at all.
