Looks like they did a sneaky nerf? When checking the description it now says “when exit gates are powered” or was that always the description always been this? Either way I’ve never seen it active when the gates are opened
When the exit gates are powered means when the last gen is finished.

This happens to me EVERY game, whether I play killer or survivor. I’m on Xbox one S. I always wait it out and more than half the time after like 5 minutes, it loads into the match. As I play many different killers and many different survivors, I don’t think it’s related to any survivor or killer. Although it does seem to take longer for the bigger maps

She can hear quite well, and that works out as more than enough to pinpoint the location of a Survivor that isn't running Iron Will. It's not hard, just turn your volume up. Telling where she phases from doesn't really help anything, because she now has the advantage of being able to approach that Survivor from nearly any angle without the Survivor being able to do much about it except hump a pallet and flip a coin. Spirit has a sweet spot where you can hear her phase, which is much further out than when she normally phases in order to win a tile that the Survivor is trying to mindgame. That sound cue is only there to let people just within her phase distance that they should expect some tomfoolery in a few seconds. If you are within the terror radius of her husk, you will not hear the phasing sound, which leads to the classic strat of Spirit just standing still at a pallet to see if the Survivor tries to dodge a phase that isn't actually happening. The crow bit is a nice touch to know if she is moving from a distance, but does next to nothing during an active chase.
No, it's not enough of a nerf. She needs proper counterplay.
I'm a spirit main with a 200$ headset just because I main spirit. I still get bad games and good games

Arguing for specific perks against specific killers that you don't know you will face off against is silly. That's the same as telling a Killer to always bring Franklins, even if they don't see a key, because someone might find one in a chest.
While perks can make some Killers easier to deal with, Killers and their counterplay should NOT be based on requiring specific perks. Killers should be balanced around the Killers and Survivors having no perks.
Spirit needs some kind of counterplay introduced to her power. Hearing her when she was phased was a bug, but I wish it was introduced intentionally to offer counterplay.
Isn't Her not being able to see you or your aura when phasing, as well as you can still tell where she is phasing from cuz it gets louder, and she sets off birds while she is phasing, enough of a nerf?
-
Don't nerf the spirit. If you want you can throw on fixated, iron will to counter her.
-
I've helped survivors wiggle out without the killer moving more than 4 meters so isk what you're on about

Obviously he has a life where he isn't playing the game nonstop.
I work 6 days a week 8 hours a day

Idk, I'm devotion 7..

I don't see the problem. I have dwight, claudette, feng, and nea and p3 50 with all perks and I've only been playing since April 2020.. I also have spirit, doc and trapper p3 50 with all perks. Maybe do the challenges?

In my experience, when I see a Tapp, they're either wearing a brown coat or a white coat, which determines what kind of playstyle they have.
Browncoats are usually the stealthy guys, trying to hide around corners and blend in with walls and stuff.
Whitecoats are more altruistic, and go for risky saves despite not having BT most of the time.
In both cases, they tend to die quickly and painfully.
AF wears those coats, not tapp you racist #########

It is an extremely boring combination. As a survivor playing with randoms, you maybe complete 2 gems or break 3 totems before everyone is dead.
As a killer, they never repair more than 1 gen before I kill everyone.
Your chair must reek of sweat

You are a bad sport. Tea-bagging is obnoxious and says far more about YOU than it does the person you think is somehow in the wrong. People play Freddy, I suspect, for the same reason I play Michael Myers. They are fans of the film(s). It is dangerous to make assumptions about how/why someone chooses their Killer. Surely you know the old saying about assumptions?
If youre running freddy with ropes, you deserve to get tbagged

I just cant stand the level of toxicity in this community anymore. I should not have to block messages from all people because I get too much hate mail. I should not be getting threats of being banned from PS4 network simply because I want to be nice every once and a while and let new players win so that they actually enjoy the game and want to engage in it further. I hate when I am the killer, people crouch rapidly to indicate a "teabag" meaning you're a trash killer, get off this game.
I really, really loved playing this game as Horror is one of my all time favorite genres but enough is enough. There's only so much abuse one can take. I'm sure I'll receive the same amount of hate in this post as I get in-game after I post it.
You guys have fun. I hope you continue to love this game as I once did. Peace be with you.
Are you a freddy main? "Nightmare"
Freddy is the most toxic killer and you wonder why people tbag.. I tbag against all freddy's because people only play him to get a (yeah a long, ) yet easy game.

How about you just die on first hook? Dcing is so stupid. Just give the killer a hook and #########.
-
I've found that if you dont touch a blighted gen, you can get the objectives one. I got it. But this deviousness one is bad. Im powering my way through it though.
-
Wowww I've been giving people hatch I'm stupid lmao
-
Sometimes, as killer, I feel the urge, nay the need, to play extremely toxic. I'll put on franklins, put it on swamp or glenvale with devour, or a Mori, throw on a couple metas, basically play to make you wanna throw your controller. I even ask myself "what would get me so angry as survivor"
-
FFS.. Iron will is not a good counter against Spirit. Fixated is the best perk to use against Spirit.
-
I am a p3 spirit with all perks. I bought a 160$ headset. I rely solely on it. That and scratch marks. Iron will is not a counter. (I can hear you running.) The best counter to spirit, and I'm surprised nobody has mentioned it, is Fixated. A very underrated perk. (I can't hear you walking.)
Also, STAY OUT OF THE GRASS!!!
And if you're on the exit gate, and you hear phasing, GET OFF THE EXIT GATE!! EASY GRAB!
don't blow up gens and stay on it. If you're on a two person gen, and you blow it up, I have a 50% chance of an easy grab if you stay on it.
If you hear phasing as soon as the game starts, it's a spirit with prayer beads. If you can hear phasing sound, you're safe. Also, Spine chill can counter a prayer bead spirit as well as it can any other stealthy killer.

Another unpopular opinion:
If DS exists, then tunneling does not exist and if DS is not considered an anti-tunnel perk, so what is this perk for?
If BT exists then the camping doesn't exist, although with Leatherface it is the exception, you literally can't do anything if you see him face camping.
You can styptic agent.
You can try to force him into a tantrum.
You can BT off in a basic attack cool down.
You can do gens.
-
The blind time usually equals pallet break time. . I take advantage of that.
It'll only take a couple seconds to recuperate any lost distance.
-
I got lucky on swamp and they couldn't find my lullaby. A 4k with 4 gens left and over 20 successful hatchet hits. I put my own makeshift reticle on my TV for easy aim
-
Mori.
-
If I just had a ######### game, I take it out on my next game with one hit hatchets and first hook Mori.

As killer, I won't play without lightborn 3.
-
This is when it's okay to camp and tunnel.

I have a recording but don't know how to post on here
