The in-game description is incorrect. To get Iridescent you need 4 kills/sacrifices/disconnects AND 9 hooks.
You still need to 4k. 10 hooks alone won’t give you iridescent.

'Cause the description is a lie. You have to get 9 hooks and kill everyone to get iridescent.
I'd say the person who wrote the description is the stupid one.
