Even as a double blink nurse this is a terrible map, the picture doesn't do the distance to the exit gates any justice (they were both in opposite corners of the map but this was the only angle I could get both of them in it with the FOV) it would take at least 40 seconds to walk there as an M1 killer and probably 20 blinks if I wasn't using any range addons.

And people think the map design is okay, take note there was also two boons on this map so I couldn't even contest the last two gens because if I injured someone they just ran straight to the boon while the other survivor did the last gen.

Maps of this size need to be at least halved for M1 and non-teleporting killers to even stand a chance.

They'd literally have zero map pressure.

Seeing this makes me so happy, a nurse abusing slowdowns and starstruck slugging, that wants both exit gates to be within line of sight from a single location so the survivor has zero chances, not getting a 4K - you love to see it. Maybe think twice before making this post about why having exit gates close to each other is really unfair, especially when you can blink to them instantly as nurse

  • Ah yes, that is definitely the snowman's fault... Not the huntress for missing every hatchet, or the fact you had enough time to go to a pallet because of her missing, OR even how she could've used a hatchet to break the snowman and then m1 you. Poor killers make no mistakes and would 4k every game if it weren't for these disgusting survivor-sided snowmen!

You’re acting like there was a chance for you to get the hit and you were entitled to it.

It’s the same logic as a Killer getting mad that they swung at someone who was holding Sprint Burst. They weren’t getting that hit regardless

None of these people seem to realize that the survivor that has Dead Hard knows they have it, and they WILL be greedy with it in order to extend the loop. Remove DH from their build and they just drop the pallet one loop earlier, and its the exact same result in the end - no hit. They need to stop acting as if their hit was guaranteed if there was no DH.

  • Reading this thread and seeing all these killer mains answer people that just wanna have fun and have a chance to earn points with comments like "its not my job" or calling them entitled brats, roleplaying like they're a killer in real life and assuming some sort of power role over others, thinking they're some hot ######### because this game gives them the power to ruin other people's fun... Grow the ######### up holy #########, its just a game. Insulting forum members, who have had ######### games and are losing one of their 10 cakes that you barely get as survivor because the bloodweb is diluted with event items while you're swimming in cakes as killer, doesn't make you cool or badass with your "don't care about your fun" attitude.

  • And so, in standard dbd forum fashion, paragraphs of text explaining how trickster suffered from lacking map pressure and losing gens easily, and making him more annoying in a 1v1 won't solve that issue but only make it more unfun to verse and force survivors to rush gens more, those comments get 1-2 upvotes and a "######### YoU cOmPlAiNiNg AbOuT a BuFf" comment getting instantly upvoted to +10 lmao.

  • It's so funny to me how defensive a lot of people get in this forum when it's anything related to a killer being unfun. Everyone comes to the thread with tips on how to outplay by holding W or saying how weak he is stopping gens. Like cmon man, nobody cares about that, OP is not complaining that Nemesis is overpowered, OP is complaining that it is UNFUN being chased (yes, the main reason people play this game, the killer-survivor interaction) by this killer. Do not come in this thread, mention his 3-hit down first chase with each survivor, and think you're making a solid argument because you can extend a chase by just holding W. NOBODY LIKES JUST HOLDING W AND RUNNING STRAIGHT!

The 0.35 windup time on his whip is many times faster than Huntress or Pyramid head and boils down his playstyle into a situation where you just lose as a survivor and have zero input in the chase. You hug the loop until he gets close enough to raise his whip, you either drop the pallet and you get hit through it, or you don't drop it and he cancels and M1's you. This brainless chase repeats for windows as well, you can try to fake the window and get m1'd by him, or you can vault it and get whipped. But hey you can also pre-drop the pallet early before you get whipped, and have him zone you around the dropped loop (unless its a god pallet) until he can break the pallet instantly from any side he wants.

This is all that OP wanted to say, that it's just plain unfun. I've played many many matches against him, tried many tactics on loops, played against super sweaty tournament-practicing nemesis players and babies alike, and if they learned to abuse this playstyle it just becomes inevitable that you hold shift-W and don't try to loop anything and hope you run him away from any gens, or get to a super safe pallet you can pre-drop.

  • @Dweet_Unfairfield Honestly man, reading this thread and seeing people patronize you and trying to teach you how to "counter blight" when they have no clue what they're talking about is both sad and hilarious. I go up against these blights you described perfectly almost constantly and they all do the exact same #########, 3 gen perks (wow it can be either bbq or bbq as the last perk, how wild!), alchemist ring or 2x rush speed, sometimes compound 21 or turning. There's not a single moment in the chase where I'm having fun because of flicks hitting me around every corner, rush speed tokens showing me very bad hits on my side because of servers, and the fact they constantly do 2-rush combo which recharges instantly even if you miss. It's almost impossible to stop a snowball if the blight knows what he's doing, especially in soloQ where I assume the only time they don't get a 4k is when someone keys or finds hatch (if they don't get slugged for the 4k). There's a clear distinction here between this playstyle being prevalent in red ranks and these blights ALWAYS sweating for the 4k, and the casual blights everyone here on this forum considers fun, and nobody got your point. I don't really comment on forum posts but it made me sad reading this and getting this circlejerk of upvoted comments going "u wot m8 just learn to play against that looooool".
