People who say you can sprint from one end of the map to the other and still dont overheat don't acknowledge that in order to use his power to go from gen to gen, which is a smaller distance, you have to rev more times which means you will quickly overheat and can't do many mini sprints from gen to gen which is how Billy is played and how you apply pressure.
Terrible, needless nerf on a character that they themselves acknowledge is the epitomy of balance.

Problem is injuries don't progress the killers objective hooks do, and injuring people then leaving them alone is essentially wasting time because it's not exactly that long to heal back up
The thing is, an injured survivor is easy pickings when you find them and healing makes them waste time, plus you keep forcing them to do it all the time. Either they waste time, time which is not used to do gens, or they stay injured and you can track and put them down easily.

Maybe this is because im playing around rank 11-13 but I always get 25k++ with legion eventhought I usually end up with 2 kills only, maybe he's not the optimal killer right now to get full 4 killer, but it certainly does the job to get high amount of bloodpoints and somehow fun for me.Hopefully they'll be a good buff for him later :D
Everyone says Legion is F tier but I've playing since he came out and when got reworked I went from rank 16 to rank 4 with Legion only and until rank 8 I didn't even have ruin. I must have like atleast 100h on Legion at this point and I seriously, no joke, have only got 2 games where everyone escaped and around 3 or 4 where atleast one escaped, hatch included. Other than it's nonstop 4Ks. Don't get me wrong that doesn't mean he is a god, but he sure as hell isn't as bad as people say he is and the changes make me feel even stronger because I can chain hits more efficiently and have more map pressure. Still needs a buff though, maybe have power recharge start when fatigue does like Nurse or reduce fatigue time, that would be a good start.

Don't forget there are many new players and ranking up is laughably easy as survivor. I've seen red rank survivors with as little as 7 days of playtime. Those people probably fall for (Insidious) campers pretty easily.
That's why I said if they know what they are doing. In small ranks and against braindead survs sure it's easy prey and it can be really funny seeing them get mad and calling me a camper when they literally unhook infront of me before I even left.

I'm deciding what killer I should buy next and I'm deciding between The Shape or Ghostface, or any killer besides The Spirit, Freddy, The Pig I would appreciate yalls feedback.
GF is more fun imo. Love the stealth but huge Myers lunges are also fun

First off I wanna make it clear I play both sides of DBD survivor and killer. I play every killer and I play them in alot of various ways. However some of my favorite are camping builds which I sometimes run. I consider myself good at camping and overall a good killer, mind gaming, pressuring and everything else involved. I know ranks dont mean everything on this game but for reference I'm a rank 1 killer so I play against high rank survivors. I camp for 3 main reasons: fun, wins, and entertainment. Fun: Like I said before I have various builds on multiple characters for camping. It's a different way to play than just always running around trying to pressure survivors off gens and running around safe loops. It's fun to hide as Leatherface and jumpscare survivors as they come to peak inside the building, plant traps around a perimeter with Trapper, set up an ambush with Piggy or Ghostface, or come around the corner and immediately pop Evil Within with Myers startling the survivor. It's a different way to play DBD which keeps things fresh. Wins: I'm gonna be that guy but it really is a strategy. I never lobby dodge or change my setup once in a lobby (addons, killer, perks, etc.) so whatever the survivors bring I deal with. Sometimes the best option to ensure a win is to camp. Simple as that. Entertainment: When I play survivor, i never and i literally mean never, send a salty message to killers. If they camp me or tunnel me I accept it and move on. If they do it well I'll send a GG or a "I like that build" etc. But when I play killer I constantly get grouchy survivors messaging me hate and I must say, I absolutely love it. I find it very entertaining and I love trolling them to get them even more angry at a video game. Those of you that do this are complete cucks btw. It doesnt matter how you play DBD, camping or playing "the right way", winning or losing you will receive these messages. But there is also a light side. Some players, very few, will message gg and other nice comments even if you camped or whatnot. These people are the hidden gems in the community.
The only way I can see camping working is by either waiting for an ambush as GF or Pig, or in the basement as insidious Leatherface. The second though is completely countered if they have coms because the guy on the hook is like <<hey guys he is camping me here, don't come, do gens>> and then by the time he is dead like 3 gens pop. The reason we don't camp is not because we care about survivor's feelings but because we know it straight up doesn't work when people know what they are doing. The fact that you believe it does work in red ranks means you are either lying or being a contrarian.

Wym the pins are poorly designed they are really good

I would love for them to add custom kanabos as weapon skins but since it's a power that means this would open up the world of having to create skins for all powers: hatchets, bottles, chainsaws etc. which is a lot of extra work.

If you don't feel threatened by a Legion then you haven't played against a high level one that knows what he is doing.

Like make it so you have to find a toolbox in one of the boxes so they have to spread out and search for the toolbox (and not start with one) so the killer doesn't HAVE to run gen perks to score kills. It'd make perks that involve the boxes that store things more meta and would make survivors tempted to go into the basement. So it's not just run gens and win and might increase gameplay time so the gameplay time and queue don't eclipse.
I mean technically the secondary objective is unhooking

Sounds good but would probably render the tunnels useless, them already being a niche thing.

this is where i'd be really spastic and say you should come by my thread etc. But I give up.
Checked it out. Great stuff, definitelly some great minds on this community and great ideas alike. Shame the devs ignore them. Even if they refuse to acknowledge the reworks suggested by the players, I believe simple proper balance changes could be done just based on the ideas of teh community or even just the problems they mention. A myriad nerfs and 2 buffs is a sad sight and not in way balancing a problematic killer.

I don't mind it but it's stupid that legion has so many restrictions to begin with for his power.
Oni is far faster , lethal, last longer and doesn't lose his power from a miss, so why is legion, the killer with a non lethal power, the one with so many restrictions?
The whiplash the devs got from the original Legion gave them such strong PTSD that it triggers every time they even mention his name and so they can't even do some simple balance changes.

Just don't add the basic attack change and the running stopping deep wounds and he'll be fine. Sure the mending taking 12s stings but hey baby steps.

- Let Freddy be able to use his ability @ the start of the match.
- Let Thanatophobia work on dead survivors and DC's.
- Let Dying Light still work on DC's. If the Obsession DC's the perk is worthless.
Feel free to comment and give ur input.
thanatophobia literally means fear of death the fact that it doesn't work on dead survivors is just stupid
