The only way to really make it so only 1 person per match has it l, would be to create survivor kits for every survivor and bake DS into Laurie’s kit.
Then, make it so only 1 survivor is selectable per trial. Effectively eliminating a 4 Laurie squad.
Make the survivors think and strategize with team composition. Give them more than looping and being M1 skill check warriors.
I will say, I do not see this ever happening. I am only saying it’s the one way I’ve thought of to mitigate DS, and some other “tryhard builds.” -

If you troll, pallet loop constantly, pallet slam constantly, flashlight smash me just because you feel like it and not when saving someone or continuously teabag or go straight for a hook save as soon as I have hooked and before I leave you're gonna be camped and you will cause your teammate to camped as well if you go straight for a hook save before I hook and leave and you will be camped hard.
Just camp if you want , why make excuses to do it?
You've basically just said that you'd camp any survivor that knows how to play the game.
Everyone has their own lines as a Killer that basically mean your ass is getting camped if you cross them. It’s irritating behavior like noise abuse, teabagging and blatant overeager altruists for me. If you’re literally buzzing around me like an insect waiting for a hook save you can’t protest getting swatted. I personally like running high tier Iron Grasp on some Killers so I have a few more seconds to slug the pests while on my way to the hook. Once it’s been established that that’s the kind of game you want to play, why would you expect anything else? 😒
Hmm... last night I punished an overeager altruist group. I was having a complete trash game on my end, and I didn't get my first hook until 2 gens left. My 2nd hook came after the exit gates were powered.
I ended up with a 4k because they all swarmed for the save and got slugged.
Sometimes it works against them. -
My point is with the queue as is, survivors get insta-queues and can already outpace killer BP gains over the course of multiple games.
I do understand the point you are trying to make, but I'm not convinced that would be the best solution to start with. -
I’m in favor of similar BP for survivors, if they are in favor of sharing similar queue times.

I would be more in favor of the survivors having a map voting system in place (maybe 2 or 3 random maps they can vote on) since the killer has the benefit of being the host.
BUT, the maps need to be reworked for better balance first.
i would not like getting coldwind or haddonfield every single time. -
Otis Driftwood (Devil’s Rejects)
Victor Crowley (Hatchet)
Jacob Goodnight (See No Evil)
maybe the least popular out of these, but.... the hooks.
Harry Warden (My Bloody Valentine)
but i I don’t think we will see more licensed killers for a while. -
You’re a camper if you don’t leave the map after a hook.
