  • I honestly don't know what to say. A mod should be there to moderate, not to punish specifically. Kind of feels like they can't take criticism of a videogame and if you do criticize there videogame they'll find any excuse they can to start warning you and punishing you.

The only actual fair warning I got was when I insulted another player one time, now that was warranted.

That's the issue, they aren't "excluded from representation," they're what we see every time there's some form of 'gay' representation. It's like putting in racial stereotypes then going "oh but that's ok because some people are represented by that."

    ^ This.

Well I am gay too and don't see how it would affect neither me or you. I take it you aren't a very flamboyant or feminine person based on your response, and neither am I, but some people do identify with the type of people drag queens are and shouldn't be excluded from representation. I've always said that stereotypes exist for a reason. This one happens to be so because there are a lot of flamboyant and feminine gay guys out there.

Sure, people who like drag queens want "representation" well they should go get some "representation" somewhere else. This is equivalent to going into a bar and having a band play "I saw the sign" It just doesn't fit at all. It alienates the base audience, if someone wants a representation in a videogame they should go play a different videogame than DBD. Adding a drag queen would be one of the worst things ever, for a game that's dark and gritty.

It would ruin the entire theme of the game, it doesn't belong. I also hope bvhr gets rid of some of the ridiculous skins they've added aswell.

There are plenty of drag queens with "Representation." But to be frank. If I see bvhr shoving that down peoples throats, I'll just straightup quit. Because by doing that they're legit ruining the whole point of a horror game.

  • I would rather this not happen.

  • If they ignore the low-end hardware userbase they'll lose like 30% of their community.

  • If penalty system gets put back in i'll straightup just leave the game.

1 key, and just some ######### commons. I have 200 hours in this game, meg nearly at level 50, and at prestige 1.

Prestige somehow actually made my Item RNG much worse.

killers love throwing around the word unfun as a means to justify "changes" for some some survivors.

Well then, I think it's just fair we also enlight'em on all the things that are really "unfun" to go against as survivors.

    I'll start the list.

    1. Legion like holy f**k

Legion has been bullied by the devs for awhile now lmao

  • "Me and my other survivor friends bullied you all game gayass #########"

  • Each sprint burst would have a recharge time, as to prevent spam of sprint bursts. Since legion has a base 115% running speed, the sprint burst would give him 140% running speed. There would be no cooldown duration of him getting stunned by the sprint burst, and it would be a good solution to his ######### gameplay style.

  • Then why not make feral frenzy into a sprint burst rather than a way to attack the survivors? Say legion has 5 feral frenzys per game, and he can use them to sprint burst in a chase as to kill the survivor.

    +

  • If we're going to say that a timer on mending is unfair, most ridiculous thing i've ever heard. Then the devs would have to completely rework feral frenzy.

  • So legions mending timer is completely unfair, but micheals evil within 3 one hit kill isn't? lmao.

  • I'm suggesting that, when survivors are running, mending slowly bleeds them. This way it pressures them more and helps legion fight gen-rushers.

I can't tell you how many times my ass has gotten omega gen rushed because of the cooldown duration of feral frenzy, combined with the fact that it takes forever to down survivors due to mending not doing its job really.

Lets say you're chasing a survivor, you hit them with frenzy, and they slowly start bleeding. After about 75 seconds they go down unless they mend. This will put more pressure on survivors. And even the odds.

This will make things such as Mend timer decrease add-ons much more useful, and give legion a more versatile set of abilities. In the games current state the Filthy blade, nasty blade, stab wounds study, franks mix tape, and scratched ruler are all useless add-ons that I bet no legion main uses unless they're meming. And since all of these add-ons are basically useless, it makes legion a very repetitive killer to play. Which is probably why you don't see him very often in live game anymore. On top of that, whenever you miss a hit with feral frenzy your power is completely lost which is a complete trash decision decided by the developers.

Some would say i'm advocating to make legion op again, but i'm really not. He's one of the worst killers in the game byfar, his chase time is #########, the majority of his personal perks are mostly useless, and he gets bullied in high-rank games. Just to have a chance at actually playing legion without getting shat on by rank 1s is the following

    1. Have hex ruin
    2. Have enduring
    3. Have pop goes the weasel
    4. have thanatophobia

Most of which are anti-gen rushing perks, some of which are locked behind a paywall where you have to grind 9000 shards and then spend about 1.5m bloodpoints to get teachables.

You see where i'm going with this? Legion is absolutely useless in his current state. He absolutely needs a rework. And I think i've stated what needs to be reworked. I really hope the devs listen to this post, I know they do care deeply about their game and want to see it grow and succeed. I haven't even mained legion that long and I already know that he absolutely needs a rework. Ghostface practically replaces him as a killer, so if a dev is reading this. Please consider what I have written above, thank you.

  • @LordGlint said:

What exactly are you suggesting? You said  "I think mending should be reworked where you bleed and it slowly goes down, but at a much slower rate than before" but thats what we currently have unless im misunderstanding something.

Well actually not at all, when you're running you don't bleed with mending at all. When you're healing with mending it does not go down at all, thus mending is a useless mechanic.

Nope, it's generally a lot better for killers than for survivors but I think it's a fairly balanced map (I know, unpopular opinion) because it relys on the skill of the players. For example, if the survivors are brainlets then they'll probably get destroyed no matter the killer; but if the survivors are good then they can rush gens, have decent chases and most of them should escape.

I doubt even if you had comms with the other survivors on discord, all with purple toolboxes and brand new parts gen rushing as hard as they could adleast half of them would die.

To even escape on this map you need a competent team, which these days is hard to find. I find that every time I play saloon killer ######### me within 20 seconds, or someone else on my team gets ######### in 20 seconds. It's impossible to distract the killer for an extended period of time so that your teammates can get gens because the pallet placements are absolute dogshit. The conditions of winning on this map are the following:

    1. be so godlike at juking to distract the killer so your team can get gens and escape
    2. Have a braindead killer

  • @Sylorknag said:

If this isn't bait, then you just need to get better at the game.

That saloon is quite terrible for killers.

I don't understand why you think that, it's one of the smallest maps I've played. A killer can cover nearly the whole map in less than a minute.
