That basicaly tells it, any time else you can choose your content creator, not this time - so I would expect them to be decent. Why not use DbD soundtrack or similar tune?Also I would argue that you don't get some random electronic songs on dev backed tournaments, anywhere anytime. Or that you would let yourself several times talk over a very loud music.
I get it. This is like a first big community tournament officially supported but still, these guys were just miss.Yes PLEASE show us ANYONE ELSE who is hosting this tournament WITHOUT the dumb duo.

Their game is simple (not complex) enough for reach the mobile market in less than 2 years. If you've watched their hiring page, they've had a focus on micro-transactions and mobile economy. So on the Switch?...maybe...but I doubt Nintendo would support this game.

They are a business, of course they are trying to turn a profit, they would be stupid not to. They are going to do whatever they can to maximize their profits and please the bulk of their customer base. Lets be honest with ourselves, those of us who post on steam, reddit and the forums are far from the bulk of the user base. We just happen to be the most vocal, just not the majority.
DBD could not release an update for another full calendar year, their game is still projected to rake in several million dollars (even if they cut all support and development staff). Take time and look at the reports sent to investors.

Many in fact, they usually have less than 10 people in their total team, and their game sales are most dependent on word of mouth than anything.
What Mojang was in 2009, there are still many small developers that are creating a game for a passion before a profit. Scott Cawfman is another (He's released 2 highly successful games for free...when he could have easily charged any nominal fee and made bank.)

Now....my favorite song is "Silence" I like to imagine it while playing the game, as the Un-adjustable music is quite annoying. I'd enjoy it more if I wasn't forced to listen to it (and if I could change the themes)

- I hope to GOD not. The more steps it takes to add a comment, the better, fewer, and more dedicated the users.
- Good Question, I hope they respond to it.
- Now that this is an offical bE owned Forum, they have complete control...what does that mean?
- There's No 'equal treatment' of comments or content, bE can filter any and every comment to show only the opinions they chose
- There are significantly LESS people who will initially use this service and thus 'weed' out many of the "I bought the game and want to scream."
- More than anything, bE now holds all the keys, ONLY what they want will be displayed, shared, allowed to be seen or commented on. From a business standpoint, it's what you want with your consumers..."Have steam decide what is acceptable or not? No Thank You."
- This also means that bE can share less 'appropriate' art work or similar. In recent days Steam has put in a new Algorithm that is attacking anything with excessive 'skin'.
- Have you ever tried talking to 10k people all wanting a moment of your time? Try it. It's hard, bE is SUPER new to this. While they still 'interact' they now have the 'famous shades' which one has to develop not to be swallowed by the masses that clamber to them. It's a by product of success.
