As long as it's not a basement camping perk, then I would definitely use the exposed one. Make the basement feared again.

They didn't listen to our feedback for Pig so I'm not really surprised they didn't listen to our feedback about Legion. Look current Legion is ok I have no problem with him.

The main part of the perk I want to be is anti-bleeding. If they were to rework it this way, I wouldn't care if they left in the recovery thing or not. But I wanted to included a way people could still become Broken with No Mither and the insta-recovery at the cost of being broken sounded like a good addition. But people didn't like it so I adjusted my idea to 25% recovery progress. I want to focus on making No Mither being anti-bleeding without having to be broken to have this benefit. That's the thing about No Mither too. I like the not bleeding effect but it sucks that you have to be broken. So having no bleeding doesn't matter because your broken. You go down in one hit. Plus, the killer knows when you have No Mither because you're broken from the beginning of the game so he or she won't let you stay on the ground. Because they know you're gonna get back up. Having an no bleeding perk would be nice to have. Counters Bloodhound and Sloppy Butcher's hemorrhaging effect.

I'm saying that their power in wasting the Killer's time is increased a decent bit when their effective hit points (even if only for the first hook) go up from four to five.
Yes but it'd be easier to down them, because they're broken.

But No Mither is different. This perk was designed to be hard mode. It's not supposed to help you win.
Perks that make it harder are at least suppose to give you benefits. No Mither is just a meme. Plus I like this idea more because it falls in line with Iron Will and Calm Spirit.

One of the main reasons they're reworking Freddy. For right now, you can't. The game will still make you lunge at awake survivors and you can only stand and watch. What I'd recommend is focusing on shorter time transition add-ons. Make the survivors who are healing someone right in front of you go to sleep so you can stop them.
-
But it does give you the effect after so you could still do a meme squad.

Sometimes the DC isn't on purpose. But we're mainly focusing on the purpose ones. I do agree there should be a DC system like most games do. Most games make it so when you DC once, you get a warning. Some games if you DC twice you get a time penalty or lose something else. Majority of games, if you DC three times your out. That means a longer time penalty, lose more points, exp, etc and/or become banned for a few days.
In this case it should be a time penalty.
The problem with de-piping when you DC, is it gives high survivors/killers a way to de-rank and face easy killers/survivors. If they gave a time penalty, that would make more sense. Otherwise people can DC all they want.

I like playing with the different types of perks and seeing how they work. An example of this is running Hex: 3rd seal, Thrill of the Hunt, Ruin and Haunted ground. Running different builds like that make it fun for me. Once I get to the higher ranks thou, I sorta go a little try hard and I don't like that. I like having fun and occasionally facing difficult people. Not facing people who message you that you suck even though you beat their whole team...with Freddy...with Overcharge..for fun.

No, it wouldn't. Unbreakable only works when you fully recover using the recover button. This one would work only when you press the action button. You could still run both of them without making the other useless.Ok. That was my major concern. Good idea, BTW.

To be honest this is a much better buff not a nerf. Barley anyone uses No Mither because it doesn't give you much benefits. If a killer sees you running No Mither, their not going to leave you on the ground. Plus your one hit all the time. So if you mess up, your dead. The only benefit to No mither is the no bleeding effect. Which this buff/rework would be focusing on. The instantly recover effect is a little...weird. Does this effect Unbreakable?

A lot of these are actually really good suggestions.Thanks. I play with them whenever there's a rank reset. I actually have them written down. I have a couple more, but they aren't as good as the one's posted.

P.S I already know how her ability works and her stats so mainly just how to use her ability effectively.

No Mither is a really good idea. There's not much benefit to No Mither. The killer knows your running No Mither so he won't let you stay on the ground so it pretty much only a meme.
Insidious is interesting. I do like the concept of a mori perk but you can just use Rancor instead.
Monstrous Shrine is my favorite one out of all of these. It makes the basement more treacherous which it's supposed to be like. This should be a rework.
Thanatophobia is my second favorite one out of all of these. I like the idea of Thana doing more then what it is currently. I used to think Thana was god tier, but then realized how weak it is.

Killers in rank of difficulty (1 being the easiest):
- Trapper: He's pretty simple. Place traps, chase survivors etc. He's the easiest killer to start out/play with.
- Cannibal: Just as simple as Trapper but comes with an insta-down. Plus his teachable, BQ and Chili, is a good perk to get for easy Bloodpoints.
- Nightmare: Although he's the worst killer in the game, he's pretty easy to play just like Trapper and Cannibal. Just send someone to sleep, then chase them after they fall asleep. Easy to find survivors too. Just don't play against high ranks.
- Doctor: Moderately difficult in some areas and really easy in others. He can find survivors really easy and make it harder for survivors too. Once you know when to use Treatment mode, he'll be extremely easy to play.
- Wraith: Easy and moderately difficult to play. Just uncloak, then chase or get a free hit. Reason why he's more difficult than the others is because of his uncloak bell announces his presence and makes it so he has to be good in the chase to compensate.
- Pig: Slightly going more towards moderate difficulty because of her crouch/surprise attack. She plays simple but slightly harder to use her ability because survivors can hear you about to lunge giving them a running start. Find survivors, chase them, down them, trap them, hook them.
- Hag: Moderately difficult because of her movement speed. But her traps make up in difficulty because of how easy it is to place them and teleport.
- Myers: At the beginning of the game, it can be hard to use his ability. But once you get to tier 2 it gets easier. Filling up the meter is all about knowing the right time to do it. Pretty easy to just stare at people but hard to get them to stay in line of sight, unless you get the jump on them.
- Legion: Although his speed make him harder to catch people, his ability makes it easy to hit people.
- Clown: Throwing his bottles in the right spot can be really hard to hit at first. But once you practice a lot, you can get pretty good at cutting off paths with gas to hit survivors.
- Spirit: She can be pretty hard to play/get used to. You have to learn when to use your ability and when NOT to use your ability.
- Hillbilly: Hillbilly is easy to play but HARD to his people with his ability.
- Huntress: Trying to hit people with hatches can be pretty hard at first and even when your good. Knowing when the best opportunity is. Wither the survivor will juke or not. Plus your hum radius gives you away to survivors so they know when to hide. But when you do master Huntress, you won't regret it.
- Nurse: We all know Nurse is the hardest killer to play in the game. Her add-ons can mess with your muscle memory when playing her. She's also the slowest killer so you have to precisely blink near people in order to hit them. She is also EXTREMELY easy to juke when you first play her. Mainly, her ability takes A LOT of practice. Even if you play nothing but Nurse for a week, that's still not enough practice for her. It took me a MONTH to get good with her. But once you practice that much, she is the best killer in the game.

To be honest, would be a good buff. It's true it would work better for dead survivors but we have Dying light for that. This buff would incentivize people to rescue their team-mates. Thanatophobia doesn't do much unless a lot of people are hurt. Plus if you ran Make your choice with it, then it would be an awesome circle of death. See what I did there. Lol.
