Check it.
Added an additional 40 seconds to cooldown. Also, as you said, the killer no longer will be able to sacrifice multiple survivors by using it. Just one match.
Oh also, now I'm adding +10 seconds cooldown if the killer uses it for sacrifice.
Much MUCH better. Honestly I am still against it as it just seems really REALLY brutal, BUT I will say that it at least sounds manageable now. Maybe limit it to scaling like Stake Out in terms of tokens for use? Stake out R1 only allows 2 tokens to be stored, R2 allows for 3, and R3 has 4. So maybe R1 has 1 token, R2 has 2, etc. for a maximum of 3 hook stage skips? I thought you had said it before, but in case you didn't and I just thought it, maybe make it so it can only be used ONCE PER SURVIVOR?

I have owned DBD on PC since it's launch in 2016, with almost ALL DLCs with the exceptions of, Leatherface, Ash, Cursed Legacy, Chains of Hate, and Silent Hill Chapters.
(Yes... I even have Blood Stained Sack and Charity Case. ;))

Probably right. Hmmm....
How about also doing that a hex?
Edit: 'kay, made it a hex. It should be better now?
I just don't seeing the ability to skip multiple hook phases as balanced in any way, shape, or form, So it would need to stay as one time use. Sure, being a Hex Perk would be more balanced than a persistent perk, but then it will warrant the same reaction as Ruin once it's discovered, all remaining survivors hop onto Hex Hunting.
Also I don't recall your OP having any text about it being a Hex previously, so you should utilize the "Edit: (Content)" on your posts so it doesn't make people sound crazy in response because your OP no longer has the information they based their response off of.

I'm not bad. I don't play as a killer that can zoom across the map, and actually have to travel. Travel time = gen repair time which usually = gen popping by the time I get to the other side of the map. But 80s is fine though, right? Cmon dude. You literally just admitted how fast gens go, but your cool w the same 80s BS? You can literally cut that time in half to 40s...
The lowest a gen can be completed is 42 seconds (I believe) and requires the most efficient toolboxes (out of what, 6?) as well as the highest rarity add ons. If a survivor can get it down to less than 50 seconds repair time, then they've spent enough time and bloodpoints to earn that #########. Do not act like this is an EVERY game occurrence.

The issue with adding 40 seconds of repair time would make any Ruin/Thant/Dying Light game nearly impossible for the survivors. You have to remember that there are MANY other things that are to be considered when touching Gen Time. This will also cause a huge spike in ToolBox use which means other items will be used less and less.

Pyramid Head. In all honesty, his kit is just too overloaded. His basic attack is extremely fast with a big reach, and his lunge has even more range. In case you thought you were out of his M1 range, his Ranged attack will surely get it, especially if you consider pallet stunning.
So he's got ranged attacks, big whoop... Now consider that he also has a form of traps. Sure they don't function like Hags/Trappers BUT they play a critical role in how powerful he is against you once you trip one, so you must avoid them regardless of how minuscule their effects are when you trip one.
Too much for ya? Too bad, he also has mechanics that allow him to avoid DS and Struggling altogether. Once you trip a trap, it's as easy as a tap of a button to teleport you randomly around the map to a cage where you cannot struggle or attempt escape.
Did we mention that he gets a free, built in Mori?
Now to consider that his perks add in an element of stealth by means of Oblivious, is there really any reason to play anyone else? Name a single killer that can easily take advantage of HALF the things PH does and I'll gladly shut up. LOL

The last thing we need is something to encourage toxic killer game play. Not only is this a buff for tunneling killers, but it also forces survivors to stay away from hooked victims in fear of being rushed into Struggle Phase on first down. The cooldown is also irrelevant as you are not likely to hook 2 survivors in 100 seconds time at higher rankings. If this were to exist it would need similar functionality to DS, which is a one time use and then disabled.
