What's your idea for a Babadook build?

Exactly! His nerf came out of nowhere.
@op
The issue is, that most killers would require a buff, to make them viable on high mmr ranks. Since there are only 3 killers that are seen regularly up there and with 27 killers, we should have some more variety. Which also means more fun for survivors. Since they wouldn´t constantly play against: nurse, nurse, blight, nurse, blight, etc.
I agree, there needs to be more variety at high mmr. I clarified my list in a statement above, I apologize for the misunderstanding. I should have been more clear with my statement.

Nope, even survivors back then would proudly say Billy was the standard. That yes he was deadly, but could be outplayed.
Yes, Billy was the gold standard. The only problem I remember was double charge time addons. I think the only change Billy should have gotten was turning Carburator Tuning Guide into a non-charge time altering addon, as well as the standardizing of his addons (since he was missing iridescents and such).

I quote you here:
"the issue with old Billy was his addons, not his base kit."Yes, his addons were the issue, not base kit. So by removing things like instasaw, he was fixed. The overheat was unnecessary, which is why they should remove it. Let me clarify, when I say "Old" Billy, I'm referring to Billy before Summer 2020, before he was given the rework.
-
Let me clarify, the list was not a list of killers to nerf, it was who I thought needed changes. If I had to categorize them it would be:
Buff:
Hillbilly
Pig
Shape
Nerf:
Hag (hook camping, but change some of the useless addons to be effective)
Blight (addons)
Power/Addon Alterations (Not necessarily buff or nerf, just change to make more fun for both sides):
Trickster
Artist
Nightmare
Executioner (addons)

Are we talking about buffs or nerfs?
Your list looks a bit weird, since it names some nerfs for B or C tier killers. While also saying that there was a issue with Billys addons.
No one on earth would have asked for a Billy nerf. Like ever. He was the gold standard for power level.
You´re talking about toning Hag down, to make the survivor experience more enjoyable? Whats about the killer experience? Hag is already a really rare sight. Nerfing her won´t really improve that, unless thats what you mean by making it more enjoyable = never seeing her again.
I wasn't suggesting a billy nerf, I was suggesting the removal of the overheat.

Are you joking ?
Also is the OP joking asking for a Hag nerf ? I think the last time I saw a Hag was 2 months ago. Leave granny alone.
I don't think she needs a major nerf, however placing a bunch of traps around a hook is not fun to deal with. That's all I think needs to be changed besides a few addons that are useless.

Whilst I don't know exactly why this decision is made, I believe it's more to do with that DG went free to play and it never had the chance to go to consoles. The difference to the Bloodletting shirt is that was something received after buying something in the store way back when.
Do you know if the Trapper mask will be released to all players as well? I only have the Meg mask right now.

Billy used to fly. Wish i played back then. Looked alot more fun
Yeah, poor Billy has seen better days...

I feel that maybe the hindered effect wouldn't be a great idea for base exhaustion. However that could be worked into an effect on Mindbreaker, where they're hindered for the 5 seconds after they leave the gen.
-
There are a few killers I play fairly frequently, however the one I play the most is The Trickster. I find his power fun to use, and hearing the little sound of the knives hitting the survivors is incredibly satisfying. I find that I'm a lot more relaxed when I play Trickster when compared to some of the other killers. Alongside Trickster, I generally play Nemesis, Twins, & GhostFace fairly frequently.
-
It's strange, the only remaining realms are Swamp, Red Forest & Haddonfield. It doesn't make sense why they'd spend a year updating the older maps only to leave a few in their original form.

'short match'
alright, how long do your matches take without a key? if you play without any bm?
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2416159#Comment_2416159
'stress'?
How exactly does it create 'stress'. Because stress is a reaction to something that threatens one's wellbeing. Like e.g. a deadline being pushes a week early when the project is something that's urgently needed. not 'oh i didn't win one match of an online game with flying colours'
I'm not saying it's an ungodly amount of stress, but a key in the match adds one more thing that you have to manage in a game that's about seconds. I personally don't like having to worry about two or three survivors escaping if I'm doing well because they decided to bring an item. I have no issue loosing a match, most of the time a survivor escapes, they outplayed the killer. There's nothing skillful about a survivor hiding the whole match and then opening the hatch with their key.
-
I generally try not to tunnel or camp, because I try to keep the fun of survivors in-mind when playing. To me, a key (especially a last second switch or a map offering alongside the key) tells me that the survivor doesn't care about the killer having a fun match, because even having a key present creates immense stress. I've had so many fun back-and-forth matches where there was one gen left with two or three survivors remaining ruined because of a key. So for me, if given the chance to chase the person with a key or another survivor, I'll go for the one with the key.

hes no longer fun to play, wasted money on his cool skin 2 :(
I agree, he wasn't great before, but at least he was a blast to play. The update didn't address areas where he struggled, while simultaneously making him stronger in the areas that he was already strong in.

That is not confirmed, it's rumour because people want it to be the case.
Almo stated in one of his streams a few months ago that after the Demo and Huntress changes, he was asked to start looking at Legion and Trapper for possible tweaks.

Trickster definitely needs some help, but I don't believe it's as bad as some people think. Here are my proposed changes:
-Decrease the amount of blades needed to take a health state from 8 to 7
-If Main Event is not activated, half of the event meter is refunded
-Increase movement speed when blades are out to 3.95->3.70 (up from 3.86->3.68, Caged Heart Shoes & Killing Part Chords would need to be reworked to have a new effect to compensate)
-
Farmer John, Otz, & Paulie Esther
-
My Nurse build typically consists of Corrupt Intervention, Surge, I'm All Ears, & BBQ. Generally, I use the Metal Spoon and Bad Man Keepsake add-ons.
-
Clown on Yamaoka with Bamboozle as my only perk, I killed nobody (September 24th, 2019).
-
Yeah, I was a Switch player, but after this last update, I caved and bought the game on the Xbox Series S (Switch and Series S are all I own for gaming). Even though I don't have any of my cosmetics or perks, the stable-ish framerate and better graphics are so nice. I never realized how bad the Switch version was until going back to compare the two (but it's not bad enough for legal action to be threatened).
