Probably the hardest to learn, but definitely the strongest once you've learned!

Assuming the rules are the same as the game, I would educate every single person I met on how to be as toxic as humanly possible. "See that window? Hillbilly has to vault it to keep chasing you, run around it in circles." "Ok, but hear me out, if you LOOP the pallets they last longer." "If you're hooked, we can see you, so wave your arms if he's standing close to you so we don't get hooked too." /sarcasm
That aside, I would learn what blessing the Entity has given to me (perks) and do my best to survive. However, assuming the lore of all survivors eventually becoming killers is true, I would seek to accelerate this process... Better to be the predator than the pray /edgy

For the moment, only in game reports work. Also, the only people I hear being banned are the ones who use slurs/nasty language in post-game chat. Hopefully, they're just being quiet about banning as to not cause any drama. Hold out hope that justice will be served!

The entire dream state needs a re-work. Freddy is a pain even when you pull the survivors into YOUR nightmare dimension. I feel your pain, and I hope someone sees this!

I like the first idea of generators having milestones. It would slow down the survivor "gen rush" and make people think about when they want to go for a save on a hooked player rather than just "lol i'll come back after zerging the hook". Although, where would that leave kicking a generator as the killer?
The second idea is a bit too complicated. It would be TOO much of a slow on the survivors, AND it would be very unintuitive for new players. Still, interesting ideas!

Freddy shouldn't even see the fog in his own world. It's awful. The Nightmare is supposed to be where Freddy is king, but I feel like it's a prison in DBD. Every single survivor is a mighty mighty dream warrior Q..Q

Camping/Face camping will always be a problem unless two things are addressed.
Number 1. Four is a bigger number than three. Think of this, there are four survivors, you down one, hook, and go hunting. In a BEST CASE scenario, one guy is hooked, one is being chased, one is going for the save, and one is still working a generator . Now, what if you camp the first person you catch to death? Sure, two or three gens will pop, but then the playing field changes DRAMATICALLY.
Now, in a BEST CASE scenario, you down one guy, hook him... You start chasing another guy. The world then becomes like this. One guy hooked, one guy being chased, and one guy going for save. No gen progress . Losing one member of the 4 man survivor team is positively crippling. I ALWAYS Face camp/Camp the first guy I catch. I make sure he's good and dead because then the survivors are at a massive disadvantage.
Number 2. Catch-ability. Any non-Nurse killer breaks into a cold sweat when I say these words... Pallet Looping Infinite windows. A GOOD survivor will run you around for 2-3 minutes depending on map pallet spawns. It's really a miracle you caught him in a timely manner in the first place. Now he's hooked, but if you let him go, he gets two more more tries to survive. If you play catch and release, you will spend the entire game trying to catch one guy.
Of course, if you're playing plebs, go ahead and hunt to your hearts content. They won't live long enough for this to become an issue, and you can get a 4k AND Bloodpoints.
Now, how to fix this? In the case of number 1, I can only say that they need to make gens longer, or revert the 45 second hook back to 30 and add a STRONG incentive to leave the hook. Reverting the hook time would make people more susceptible to camping, but ,with the aforementioned strong incentive, hopefully they wont! Hopefully, this will cause survivors to have to save earlier which means less gen progress.
Number 2? Nerf Sprint Burst, Decisive, and Adrenaline. These three perks are the WORST offenders for power-creep. Once you get these, you become a god. I ALWAYS run these three even in solo play. Sprint Burst allows survivors to play incredibly greedy and sneaky with no counter play. Decisive is a literal get out of jail free card, and only grows in strength the more people who use it. Adrenaline is also a get of jail free card as it resets any chase, and it gives the survivor time to buy time to escape. Alternatively, nerf pallet and window spawns.
All in all, yes, Camping/Face camping is not fun, but by God it is effective.

Camping against BAD survivors is BAD. Camping against OK survivors is OK. Camping against GOOD survivors is VERY VERY GOOD. It's very dependent on the skill level of survivor. A good survivor will run any non-nurse killer around for minutes with a decent pallet setup... You're only going to catch them once, so make sure they die! Plebs, let the plebs run free! You can get them again ((depending on map)).

@paganSK Basically, the old Hillbilly flick let you create a 360 degree circle of DEATH around wherever the billy landed. Instead of the narrow angle we have now, Billy use to be a spinning top of death and destruction. He could chainsaw around corners are at his sides very very effectively.

Mike Myers can still oneshot people with a tombstone. I rest my case.

Although I do love the Huntress, Nurse is my fav. No one catches survivors like her

It's a straight buff to SWF groups and a moderate nerf to solo play.
As a solo player, you can't really expect gens to get done in short order (or get saved from a hook...) so you're going to be forced to use it immediately, and this permanent injured state WILL mess you up. It will still be amazingly powerful, but there will be at least SOME drawback for using it.
In a SWF group, you CAN expect gens to get done AND to get saved. You can let yourself be hooked early and save it for the end. Even if the killer face camps you, with this new DS you will be able to very efficiently zerg the hook and escape.
Honestly, I fear for killers vs organized gamurs more than ever before if this DS change goes through. It will be terrifying.

Survivor (Claudoot): Sprint Burst, Adrenaline, Decisive Strike, and either Borrowed Time or Vigil.
Killer (Nurse): BBQ, Hex Ruin, Shadowborn, Whispers.
