I feel that the add-ons would be a little bit crazy and the 2x bloodpoint bonus, but opting out and removing the cap or opting out and having the 2x bloodpoint bonus would be pretty helpful. -

2 Survivors - 300% survivor action penalty.
3 Survivors - 100 Gens.
4 Suvivors - Insta down, 300% speed, teleportation, insta-mori, no terror radius, see all survivors auras, if survivors move and they get the mangled status effect. Don't know why you're lashing out at him of all people, considering salty killers in the thread... in every thread... are the ones unironically giving out brain dead suggestions that kill the game.
Hurhur guys, 0 perks for SWF, 40% repair speed reduction, default moris for 4 stacks, SWF indicators so SWF can be dodged, etc. etc. Literally all suggestions posted within the last week.

How about this:

3 Survivors - 100 Gens.
4 Suvivors - Insta down, 300% move speed bonus, teleportation, insta-mori, no terror radius, no red stain, see all survivors auras and if survivors move and they get the mangled status effect. By my opinion, I would rate my favorite licensed killers:

3. creepy fella

Yeah, they could put the limit from 50-100%. Though it would be pretty easy to get that with Leatherface, you can run "Award-Winning Chili" because when you hit the survivors they are the speed you because of the extreme acceleration. It is really easy to hit them twice with Leatherface, but it is extremely bad on Hillbilly.

Ignore the people that complain about camping. Hard to feel sympathy for them when they bully every killer they come across... They're trying to get you into a playstyle that gives them free points and makes it easier for them to escape. Camp when you think it's necessary.
Edit: But I disagree that it's the "best way to win the game". Best way to win the game is by chasing everyone and making a lot of points. Camping doesn't help with making points, that in some situations.I agree with this and I just camp when it is necessary.

The only time I usually camp is either when a survivor is extremely toxic, the exit gates are powered and I haven't been able to hook anyone yet, or when there are survivors nearby the hook. For me this never really happens but I know what it is like to camp and be camped. In my opinion you can't stop it but desperate times call for desperate measures.
