  • I've been having the same issues and i contacted support about it, this is what they told me :

    I understand that you keep getting signed out from your Xbox profile, I'm really sorry this has been keeping you from playing the game, and I'll ask you to try a few steps to try fixing this issue, please:

    1. Press and hold the power button on the front of the Xbox until it turns off completely.
    2. Unplug the power brick from the back of the Xbox. Press and hold the power button on the Xbox several times to expel any remaining power and clear the cache.
    3. Plug in the power brick.
    4. Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.
    5. Turn the Xbox back on as you would normally.

    i tried it and it did work although i noticed after closing it and reopening it later it happened again so i'm not too sure.

    i know a few people on xbox who apparently have no issues but i have seen another person here with the same issue, no idea on why some do and some don't. Have tried clearing cashe abd restarting everything, nothing seems to work

    i'm running into the same issue, tried your suggestion and it didn't work sadly. I contancted support and i'm hoping for an answer soon, will post here whatever i get
