My main problem with keys is that even if you kill the guy who brought it, it’s still in the game and can threaten the killer even though the guy who brought it is dead. It’s just infuriating to play against. And I personally want keys to be nerfed (I’d even go the extreme route and say deleted)

So it's okay to contain about ridiculous safe maps but not complete deadzones?
No it’s not ok because there’s a middle ground ya know? On one hand dead zones like seen in auto haven (even before the rework) are killer sided and there’s nothing the survivor can do and on haddonfield there’s nothing the killer can do because that map has like 3 god windows and all the pallets are safe. There’s no mind gaming the windows seem as they all loop around there respective houses. It’s the same problem survivors have with dead zones, they just don’t take skill for the other side.
And safe maps will always exist there will always be a “safest map”

Victor can get you in lockers.
Not now he can’t, sure it’ll bug on occasion but there is nothing stopping you (I’ve only gone against them once tho so if it does happen every time please let me know)
-
Fun fact: there are these things called “lockers” and when you get in them victor mysteriously walks away and goes for someone else.

I’m a newer player (and by newer I mean darkness among us not inexperienced by any means) first of all looking back at the fact that I started playing this game at legions release, how am I still playing this game? I should’ve looked at legion and said “nope I’m done” it’s weird. Any way I liked the game most at demise of the faithful although that’s probably because it was the first chapter for me to get excited about. Still loved it tho

Why do killers complain about Haddonfield? There's safe pallets and safe windows in every square inch, but isn't chasing the reason to even play killer? It's like 99% of the game!
It’s one thing to enjoy chasing but on haddonfield even if the survivor has like 100 hours they can still run you and let’s not talk about fences....I still get ptsd.
-
Don’t get me wrong I see where you’re coming from “why complain about dead zones when you could just save pallets” but even though I play killer you still have to be able to see that dead zones aren’t fun, as killer you hold forward and as survivor you write your will. It’s the same reason people don’t like spirit there’s just no counterplay. Now ormond is gonna be weird because people are used to pallets on that map and it’ll take time to run it properly (yes believe it or not ormond is actually balanced). And auto haven always had dead zones it’s just that some of the maps are smaller now and it’s more noticeable. I personally don’t see a problem with it because it rewards positioning imo.
-
One corner of the map still has some rock loops tied to shack that you could loop.
it seems now you have to actually look at the map and where stuff is. Granted it is weaker but any kind balance was gonna make it weaker.
I don’t wanna be one to jump on band wagons but its true when people say “oh god ormond doesn’t have 18 safe pallets in arms reach of one another”
just give people time and they’ll learn how to run it

Onis first person chase music is the same his third person music. It used to be different, I personally prefer this music as I think it sounds better but it’s bug nonetheless.

Just to give you a heads up, this issue will be fixed in the upcoming hotfix.
I’m not asking this to be a jerk I am genuinely curious. Do they know that bugs exist before the patch is live? Do you guys have any form of quality control besides the ptb?
-
No they shouldn’t. While I’m in the same boat as you not wanting unfinished chapters to be the norm. Giving them more money won’t solve the problem of (what is seemingly) them being too lazy for any kind of quality control. In fact raising the price might hurt the game

There are exactly two possibilities for the devs right now: a fast hotfix to start an actual event or, well, i think they loose a lot if people. It's not meant offensive or anything, but everything i read from other players is disappointment.
what I don’t understand is why? They have assets but it might just be greed. You never know

you know the killer can close the hatch right? And if you know the spawning rules you can find it before it opens and close it later starting a timer and the doors are usually in eyesight of one another.
noed isn’t base kit because it can give people free kills and trust me, your catching at least someone with NOED because of the speed boost, if you’re new the speed doesn’t sound like much but think about how slow huntress is compared to other killers And that’s only a 5% speed difference and NOED gives you 4.
most survivor “second chances” can be played around. I can only think of one game where DS and unbreakable actually frustrated me to the point of stop playing only one out of the thousands I’ve played.
but overall you just don’t get better, NOED rewards you for losing and I don’t think that’s a healthy perk. (And it won’t be healthy base)

The odds of us noticing your post is actually pretty high. Even if we don't get a chance to respond to everything, we do actually read most of what is posted here.
Anywho, getting back on topic, the issue with the chase mechanic is that it has predefined rules that can be abused. Under normal circumstances, it's not an issue: You only stand to gain bloodlust by being in a chase, there's no downside. When you start penalizing being a chase, however, that gives you a reason to avoid being in a chase. You can do that simply by turning around. If the survivor isn't sprinting in your field of view (and you don't hit them), you can't start a chase with them. Simply put, if you wanted to actually tunnel someone, you could do that way more efficiently by moonwalking after them for 30 seconds rather than the normal 60, then down them and hook them freely.
That’s fair point.

People have gotten so used to perks they run I’m guilty of this thinking I have bbq when doing an adept.
but with survivor perks the meta is second chance and if you take the meta build and multiply it by 4 it becomes really easy to win.
its not a matter of rank it’s that everyone runs the same thing at said rank so they grow accustomed to it and they get too comfortable. The meta build is just favored by the emblem system and high ranks is just a side effect
