Let me start with I usually don't use NOED. I've 4ked many times before with NOED as a perk with 4 to 5 gens left. Imagine what I could of done If I didn't waste that spot.

Exactly. It's fine do bones. I play survivor and killer. Do bones. It's like everyone who wants to re work NOED just wants to "Gen Rush". The game isn't about holding M1 at gens and leaving. Go find a totem or two. Get into a chase with the killer. Go save some teammates. Doing dull totems actually help the survivors pip. It's not that hard to do totems.

I’ve literally never had a survivor get mad at me for not giving them hatch and I’ve been playing DBD since 2018, so I couldn’t possibly tell you.
Maybe I'm just getting bad luck, seems like most are not experiencing this. There seems to be hope that survivors can say GG and not [bad word] because I didn't give hatch.

I'm just stating what I've seen my less than one week here. I joined the 25th and I haven't seen anyone touch on this. But yes NOED has been everywhere. But survivors and Killers love to talk about it for some reason, I thought since the perk and forums have been up so long that everyone would have run out of things to say.

Giving hatch or not shouldn't determine fun. Honestly sounds like you're bitter that I don't give hatch. Are you someone that complains to the killer about that? Escaping doesn't = fun. I play survivor as well.

Unlike what you are eluding to - they all don't. I rarely get salty survivors when I 4k. I rarely give hatch unless there were like 2 DCs or suicides on hook - then sometimes I will give hatch.
Broad generalizations are only good for creating divisiveness on the forums.
Just stating my experience, I'm glad you haven't experienced that.

I've never made a thread about this ever? But all week I've seen basically nothing but NOED threads and you were no where to be found complaining. I'm NEW to the forums this week and all I've seen is NOED that an NOED this. It's actually kinda funny you expect me to look at thousands of post to find the few that might actually talk about this exact thing.

I was thinking about that, but they weren't really hiding anything. They only stream on twitch and have their steam private. They just like being that way. And somehow people like watching it.
It's against the rules on the forums to name and shame people though so i can't share their twitch account.
Make a youtube video if you have recorded stuff, or if you didn't just record their video since they are live and probably have it as a vod. Disgusting behavior in general but if they stream they should be ousted

You need to get over their happiness.
It's a good strategy to camp with one or no gens left. They won't like it but like what you said "let them unhook and lie in the corner crying"
Obviously don't do that. I wouldn't even try to chase others. You made the right decision to stay there. Don't let salty "toxic" players decide how you play.

I personally feel that it needs no respect. I play both sides. I really think why should the killer respect RNG. There is no skill to it. If they added a harder yellow glyph like system to it, then it would be skill. Even then I would still feel like it needs no respect. When was the last time anyone played survivor and saw something the killer did and "respected" it? "Respected" that action so much they were like hey killer I'm going to let you sacrifice me.

To anyone reading this when was the last time a survivor made the game fun for the killer? Why is it only the killers job to make sure the survivor has fun, but not the survivors job to make sure the killer has fun?
