There are so many more ways for survivors to be toxic than teabagging, for example bodyblocking, especially below the hook which is bugusing, SWF teams in general, Blendettes (I am guilty of this one myself) and the list goes on. And in postgame chat survivors are far more toxic than killers, I think this is because the postgame chat is a 1v4 situation were the killer cant do much vs the bullying.

I think the point is to keep queues balanced. If ranks never reset, then it would only be a matter of time before everyone climbed all the way to top ranks, and then queue times at lower ranks would be incredibly long. So that's the theory behind it - whether it actually accomplishes that as it currently stands is very much debatable.
Yeah the problem with DBD in contrast to competitive games is that both teams can rank up from a game. So rank resets has to happen in order to not overpopulate high ranks.

Has any of the anti selfcare people here adressed the fact that selfcaring is not wasting more time than getting healed by team even if you directly find a teammate without having to search? When you are getting healed by a teammate two people have to do nothing instead of just one. So two people doing nothing for 16 seconds is the same time wasted as one person doing nothing for 32 seconds.

"When a survivor sprints within 7 meters of a hook, The Entity will block the hook for 4/5/6 seconds."
Why again would I like to take this as a killer? Or do you mean that a survivor cant be taken off a hook?

Are you serious right now? Slippery meat is easily one of if not thee most op perk on dbd. I can’t stand when survivors use this and will often dc out of rage. No mither also comes to mind as a dirty op perk. Nerf them both.
While I have to agree that Slippery Meat is very powerful, I would not count it as one of the three most op perks. Vigil, Up The Ante and Streetwise are by far the three strongest perks.

I'm a noob, what is RNG?
Random Number Generator, therefore everything about the game that is done randomly (placement of stuff on the map etc.)

"self-congratulation?" Interesting how you are so angered over someone joining in on a open forum. Especially since you didn't read and or actually pay attention to the post.
It's surprising that people wonder why the DBD community is so rife with toxicity and hate mail, when people who act like you are abound. Good grief lol
Well I think people like you are what makes this forum toxic, but fine. I completely read your post, the essence of it is that you think other players are too stupid and the game is fine as it is.

You should have at least one survivor dead by the 5th generator being completed, and if you patrol the gates, you will find at least one survivor attempting to open the Exit Gates for the entire team.
Chase them and down them, make sure they don't pull a fast one on you by attempting to escape mid-chase. At that point, you got a 2K, that's the balance the developers want.
Survivors try to go for the unhook? Down the savior until the EGC forces them out.
This would involve camping (-> more complaints of survivors)
Also, by the logic that you have to have one survivor dead by 5 gens completed you can also say that survivors should not have 3 dead before 5 gens completed. And you also assume that the last chase leads to a guaranteed kill...
Edit: I play both survivor and killer and I think atm survivor is too strong already, at least it is easier to achieve a high rank. Back when the game came out and I started I needed a lot longer to achieve rank 1 with survivor than I needed with killer. Now, it is the other way around. I dont think that survivors need another buff.

The only thing you'd really need to change is to make it so that the key is randomly placed when you search the first box instead of when you put the Trap on. I could be mistaken because I don't know programming, but that does not sound difficult to change to me.
No, that would not be too difficult. And even if you had to change the whole mechanic (to get higher chances for 2nd and 3rd and lower chances for 4th box) it would be relatively easy.

"its not like surv has 25% chance to take trap off, key is located in box when game starts so its not like boxes are RNG based, thats why its impossible to make so you cant find key in 1st box because that would mean they have to rework how boxes works xd"
Assuming I am understanding you correctly, this is incorrect. The key for a given Trap is not selected until you put the Trap on someone's head. In practice, a Survivor does have a 25% chance of picking the right box and just getting the Trap off.
But the place for the key for a given trap is selected at the moment the trap is put onto the survivor, right? Then you would still have to change this mechanic if you wanted to make it impossible for the first box to work.
Anyway, I dont think it would be too hard to make this change.

As someone who plays both, I have to say you make a good point. I for one however see nothing wrong with gen speeds as they are. Killers have abilities and a advantage, period. Rather people want to accept this fact or not is up to them. But in my eyes people who complain either need to practice more or come up with a different strategy for different situations. You won't believe how many killers I have easily outfoxed simply because they don't pay enough attention, or use the resources they are given.
I'm not a killer main, and I highly doubt I'm the best there is. So if I can somehow get 4Ks with no perks equipped at all and average 3-4ks in general with them around 90 something percent of the time, then people need to search inside themselves. You are a killer. You are the hunter. It is your job to have a game plan and to go with the flow. Having something handed to me in my eyes would be quite boring.
What besides self-congratulation do you want to express here?

Dude your ideas are sick! I especially like the Caroline and the Hänsel and Gretel ones.
