The lawsuit is the issue. I haven't looked too into it but I think it has something to do with the creator of the first Jason. The kid Jason. He felt the character became more popular than anyone could have predicted and he wanted a bigger piece of the pie. The other IP owners told him "No one pays to see kid Jason. Our versions are the ones that make the money" so they told him to pound sand. Then he took them to court saying all their versions of Jason are built on top of his creation. Until the lawsuit is settled I count Jason as impossible in DBD.
Wasn't it quietly settled earlier this year? NECA went back to making figures of him and I saw merch in plenty of stores for Halloween.

Are you certain that you wouldn't have been able to do it with oni? Oni functions pretty much like myers and if you can M1 a survivor with myers you can surely do it with oni. You pretty much get power passively with oni after the first hit (no need to stop and stalk) and his power is far superior than myers' just because of the fact that it gives him unprecedented map pressure.
Sure, I could've. But Myers with Infectious Fright and M&A is too fun.
