i turned off dx12 in launch options and it helped. the issue is still there but less so. lmk if this helped

Auric Cells are exclusive to the platform they were purchased on, except for those you earned in-game ie rift progression.

No, given the amount of different ways players can access content in our game, we cannot accurately determine how to credit players.
