White Ward only works on the item/add-ons you brought to the match and the item needs to be in your hand when you die or you need to escape with it. Otherwise including abandoning for any reason you are not going to get the item/add-ons back.

I use a syringe and use it with a medical kit. If I win or lose the game,will I lose the items and add-ons in both cases?

Perks like Off the Record can get disabled prematurely by doing a Conspicuous Actions; aka things that progress the game.
- Blessing a Totem
- Cleansing a Totem
- Healing yourself or other Survivors
- Opening an Exit Gate
- Performing an Invocation
- Repairing a Generator
- Sabotaging a Hook
- Unhooking other Survivors
Did you do any of these?
Doing any of these disable perks like; Buckle Up, Made for This, Off the Record, Soul Guard and We Gonna Live Forever.If you didnt, it would be a good idea to report the game this happened in via:

Some gamers pretend to be game experts and do not choose favorable maps, but it is these novice players who are often eliminated early in the game.
All maps are good maps, and victory or defeat has nothing to do with the map

She's definitely not getting any penalty. I got the same Nurse three times so she's been at it for a while. If she was getting a penalty I'd imagine it would be pretty high by now.
Of course, all four survivors who were hooked in ten seconds each get the penalty.
I've never known a game like this, so incompetent at dealing with cheaters while at the same time punishing those unfortunate enough to be matched with them. Absolutely ridiculous.
How the server checks don't realise she's moving at light-speed, hooking four people in seconds is beyond me.The anti-cheat system is a joke, don't take it too seriously
