  The Legion buff did in fact change things. Now the 5th hit in a frenzy chain puts the survivor into the dying state (barring endurance effects). It's a base kit change, though that particular person is running an add on that makes it easier to pull off.

  Yeah that happened to me a couple days ago when I was playing as killer. the first game I got a hit off before I disconnected and then the second game I was having a pretty decent game and I disconnected again. I checked my internet both times and there were no problems.
