It's my understanding that the Killers and Survivors are trapped in this endless cycle of trials.
Can survivors feel pain? I know they yell when they get hit/hooked/mori'd. But is the pain something that they remember throughout subsequent trials?

I don't like to be toxic. I just want to have fun, and not worry about playing the game the "right way" by someone else's standards.
Once had a game where I did 2 gens by myself, got three hook saves, and was able to escape. In the post game chat, some jerk was like "You don't deserve to escape. You did nothing."
O_O You can't win with 50% of DbD players. And I'm being generous with that number.
There have been a few times where I've lost my temper a bit because the killer was ridiculously rude, or something. But thankfully that hasn't happened in a while.

If Tapp fails to escape from a Special Reverse Bear Trap, he loses this ability. If escape is successful, Tapp has mastered the game. He gains the ability to complete any (aura)revealed Jigsaw Boxes to get a key. This key replaces Tapp's current item and may be used to unlock the corresponding Reverse Bear Trap of the (aura)revealed survivor.OMG YES!! That's so awesome!

I had a lot of fun with the event. It was super annoying at times with everyone running Ruin, but it gave me good practice for getting great hex skill checks.
How dare we survivors want our prize, though. Right? lol

That is so cool! I love this idea!
Maybe Tapp could get out of RBTs faster, since he's so familiar with the Jigsaw case? Or something like that?
I'd love to contribute more ideas, but that's the only one I could think of at the moment. lol

You won't get anything. Had the same issue once. Bought Feng with my shards, then saw that you do not get her relaxed outfit when you buy her from the shop so I bought the whole DLC. You do not get any reward for buying the DLC although you already have half of it.
I thought that was probably the case, but I wanted to be absolutely sure. ^^
