  When the survivor hangs on the hook, I think if all the generators are activated, the perk can be put on hold and the advantage activated when recovered.

  If a survivor has successfully fulfilled the conditions, the advantage becomes active. When the survivor hangs, his aura appears from red to white. This makes survivors realize that there is a deliverance and they won't save him.
