• Shoulder The Burden does not work on this hook in RPD

  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: A hook on the west side of RPD does not allow me to use the perk Shoulder The Burden. I also used the perk Reassurance before I attempted to use Shoulder The Burden, although I am not sure if this perk pairing causes the problem.
