  I want to ask you, how do you handle toxic names? Including, but not limited to people putting the word toxic in their name. Do you see a name including "toxic" as toxic? I also encountered several references to racism or nazigermany (i am german, i can spot them). So, i refused to rescue someone with a toxic name, when only me and him were left. • Stop the matchmaking-abuse

  Today, again, i was facing as rank 12 killer games with 2-3 red ranks and their lowrank friend. Matchmaking was changed before for more fair games, why did they undo it? why do i have to be abused by red rank survivors that not only beat me easily in boring and frustrating games, but also insult me at the end?

  so, it seems we are back to the unfair matchmaking. Yesterday i was bullied by 3 red ranks band together with a rank 12 survivor (which they told me after the game used an alt account, hes a rank 1 player too), today the same. Why do i have to been bullied at rank 10 from groups of redranks because they are allowed to take one low rank account into their mids to prevent fair games from the begi

• The use of the phrase "gg"

  I have a question. What does "gg" mean to you? I know that it is supposed to mean good game. But in this game, people use it even when matchmaking gave the rank 14 killer 3 red ranks. How is a game thats unfair from the start a good game? Also, and thats the main point, i notice that the majority (of killers and survivors alike) by far only writes "gg" if THEY won. • Unable to update player data

  Hello, since the last 2 weeks or so i get that error-message more and more often. The last game usually isn´t saved, which is annoying since it results in lots of lost bloodpoints. Now during the event it is especially bad, since i just had a good run and made a whole vial, and its gone as well. Where does this issue come from, and is there anything i can do?

  One of the things that bothers me in this game is the fact that while as a survivor you play in a team, but there are next to none encouragement to do that. i play solo 95% of the time, and in there it is usually everyone for himself. That means that several people run to a hook, one might even lure away the killer, yet only one recieves a reward. Same for generators, or opening the exit.
