  SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The animation is incorrect, as if the Legion is using ability, when in fact he is not. Even though it is easy enough to tell the difference, since there is no heavy constant breathing, it is still very confusing.   I don't think there is any point in attaching video evidence or anything else, it's all pretty clear: I played one game and clearly noticed that when a survivor jumped out of a locker quickly, my perk went on cooldown, then I noticed 3 more times that my perk was on cooldown, although I didn't use it.
