  At the very beginning of the video, the perk is on cooldown, including because Taurie vaulted the window, then at 2:43 the perk activated when I was just running in a straight line.

• omg, thought I was the only one. I suspect the problem is (possibly) the snowmen? Maybe their movements are creating a strain? I noticed they move like 10 fps. And more players in the new event. And my ping in normal mode is also normal (40-50 ms less than in the event). Perhaps the good news is that this is a server problem, which means it may be solved. I don't know how it was for you, but i had the same problem with ping when 2v8 were there.
