Legion power animation bug

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The animation is incorrect, as if the Legion is using ability, when in fact he is not. Even though it is easy enough to tell the difference, since there is no heavy constant breathing, it is still very confusing.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

I don't know exactly how it happened, because I didn't notice or watever, but it seems to me that when I jumped into the locker, Legion tried to hit me with an ability, missed, and the animation did not appear (didn't catch that on video unfortunately), but remained the same.
