  This perk will help you finish a gen before most killers can even get to it. 40 sec to finish the gen with 2 survivors. A killer would have to win a chase and hook a survivor in maybe 20-30 sec, then hopefully make it in time to defend the gen. The perk is just robbery especially with toolboxes. And could be an instance of survivor favoritism within the game.
