• should pennywise be a new killer?

i was thinking that pennywise should be a new killer! he can use his balloons to track survivors, when he creates a balloon they have a rage of how close you can get towards it before it follows you and when it gets close the balloon pops then highlights a survivor for a few seconds. he could use Georgie as a proxy to spot survivor's but georgie has a balloon and it will pop when he gets close
