It seems that the most popular cause for a DC is to avoid de-pipping. You can clearly see when someone DC because they are not having a good game. So having de-pip as a punishment would hopefully prevent that. As the player would ideally try to play on an earn enough to black pip. Possible counter-arguments in advance... 1. I think it's very unfair for survivors to de-pip when a killer disconnects. In situations where the game ends because of a killer disconnecting, the game logic should apply a minimum of a black pip.0 comments 1 views last activity

Inspired by a recent poll about crossplay status based on roles, I am interested in seeing how crossplay is being used based on platform. For the purposes of this poll, please vote based on either role. For example, if you have it enabled for survivor, but not killer, then still vote "enabled". Only vote "disabled" if you don't use cross play at all. If you play on multiple platforms then pic0 comments 31 views last activity

The idea for this came while I was trying to complete some killer rift challenges, but it is also applicable to survivors. Problem to solve: Some rift challenges either require certain perks, or are made easier by using certain perks. The problem is that it isn't easier to work out which perks you have unlocked for which characters. This becomes even more painful when you are looking for a perk0 comments 11 views last activity

Why not just prevent the opposite side from seeing any offerings? Well, with the exception of shared XP, such as cakes. Reason is, there seems to be a lot of loading screen DCs these days. I can only assume people are seeing a hidden killer offering and assuming the worst. If all were hidden it might prevent this from happening, or at least reduce it. I mean, is there really any point in seein5 comments 41 views last activity

I just played a game as survivor. I did a gen, searched a chest (toolbox) and then on the way to the next gen the game disconnected. It was a bit different than when the killer normally disconnects, as it went to a loading screen for about 30 seconds (normally you go straight to post game screen when killer d/c) So I figured it must be my connection that dropped out. Not a big deal, probably be1 comments 51 views last activity

Urgh, this was meant to be a discussion, not on the polls thread. 🤦♂️ Just played a game as wraith. After my first uncloak, I couldn't cloak again. I also couldn't break pallets. I would have figured this a bug, but another issue was the survivor I hooked had infinite hook time too, so not sure. Anyone know anything about this problem?0 comments 31 views last activity

So I just played my first 20 games of crossplay, and I decide to track some stats while I was doing it. I am playing on PS4, and I played all 20 games as survivor. First off, it took me about 6 hours to get through 20 matches. Although the first couple of games were very quick to find a lobby, all the rest took as long as usual, if not longer to find a match. Out of the 20 games, I faced a cro13 comments 331 views last activity

I have only ever tried this a couple of times a few years back, and I have been putting it off since. Partly because of how hard it is, and partly because I don't want to be "that ebony mori guy". However, having recently getting "Where did they go?" (Which I never thought I would get) I only have a handful of trophies left, so would like to push for the platinum (ps4). But I have no idea how t26 comments 1,352 views last activity

I think it would be nice to have some extra stats on the post game screen. Specifically ones related to how each player performed. The main two I am thinking for survivors would be: 1. Time spent repairing gens 2. Time spent in a chase For killers I guess it would just show time spent in a chase. It would be good to get an overall feel of how much people contributed to each game. Playing as Pyramid Head I was able to glitch out of bounds by using Final Judgement on a survivor just as they were crawling out the exit. As shown in the video, it looks like the kill animation moves the killer forward enough to make it passed the boundary wall. Unlucky for the survivor, it seemed to count as a kill, even though it originally showed the escape icon in the player bar.0 comments 1 views last activity
