Hello, DBD has a very CRITICAL bug for very old players who didn't login since years. If they login now their account is wipe out mostly. Account are considered as new (date of login) instead of the original date account. Basically it means DBD save system or database have a critical bug for old account. It might lead to more issues as the account still contains data from 2016/2017 like cosmeti0 comments 41 views last activity

Allow killer to send messages during the game for them to see when the survivor are leaving. It is quite sad we cannot communicate until the end of the game. Moreover at the end of the game there are just too much animation and popup hidding the chat. So by the time the killer got out, most of the survivor already left. Even with video proof of 2016, cosmetic item left from 2016, success from steam unlocked on 2016, it seems that support consider that my account is new and created in 2024.0 comments 91 views last activity

Hello I am quite mad at DBD They lose complety all my progress from the time I bought the game at the release. I am one of the very first players that supported them and they completly lose all my progress, or corrupted my data save. My account shows that I have item from 2016 But support kept closing my ticket bc they are saying they don't found any progress of my account and say that my a2 comments 131 views last activity
