• Host disconnection = matchmaking locked?

  I had barely started the game as a killer when the chase sound track started playing even though there was no player in sight, then when i finally found a player my screen fully froze and then it sent me to the end of match running bit saying i was “disconnected from the host”. when i continued back into the main killer screen, it told me matchmaking was locked.   i honestly feel like survivors should send like “secret messages” to other survivors when on the hook. Like when a survivor is on the hook they could raise their arms once if the killer is there and twice if they are gone. So the other survivors know if it’s safe to unhook them or not. I know this would only work with the first hook but i feel like it would be a good way to let other survivors kn

  This has happened maybe 3 or 4 times to me now, i am an xbox one player and was playing survivor. My most recent match, i was playing as Mikaela Reid and huntress was the killer, i had just healed myself with a medkit and went to a player that was on the hook, when huntress hit me i was instantly downed.
