  The true balance issue is the difference between playing with friends or playing solo. Lackluster players in a swf team can overcome a good killer, while a bad killer can decimate a team of individual decent players in the solo queue. The balance to this issue would be to limit the number of perks on both sides depending on the queue type. swf survivors would only have access to 2 (4 swf) or 3( 3
