• Is there a tier 3 Doctor bug?

  I went against a Doctor earlier and after I was rescued I went into tier 3 and got downed again. I used DS and instead of running my character immediately started to snap out of it, without me pressing anything. Needless to say, I immediately went down again because of it.   I mainly just play killer rounds for fun, as I've said before. Lately, I've been getting low rank survivors who t-bag on the way out after I've given them an easy game (as if they've really gotten something over on me by escaping).   If so, then why do I only get the option to use it part of the time? Literally, it will show up maybe once per match. I have been downed so many times because I can't even attempt to use it that I have just given up on using it altogether. No, I'm not exhausted when it happens. Is this a bug? Or what?   What if..... instead of there being a 'time out', there was a tag added to their player name or a symbol by them indicating that they have DC'd recently. The color would intensify or change as they become habitual offenders (it would be temporary, of course, unless they DC an obscene amount of times).
